LICENSED RECOVERY OPERATIONS

TRAINING, DATA SECURITY & FIELD OVERSIGHT
All Dtec field agents complete CARS certification before they begin working for Dtec. This training covers key compliance areas relevant to repossession operations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), FDCPA standards, the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), breach-of-peace prevention, consumer data protection, and professional recovery procedures. Annual continuing education is completed to maintain certification.
Access to non-public personal information is restricted to authorized personnel, and sensitive client and consumer data is handled through controlled office and field workflows. Every recovery is supported by active oversight between dispatch, management, and field personnel.
