Office hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Closed for lunch 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Redemption and release times vary by service. Lot operations closes at 4PM, see below.
VEHICLE REDEMPTION
Available Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 1PM / 2PM to 3:30 PM.
What to bring:
• Valid government issued photo ID
• Texas Driver License matching the name on the account
• Keys to the vehicle if you have them
• All required reinstatement fees or payoff documentation
• Your appointment confirmation number

What you need:
• Appointment scheduled in advance
• Bill of Lading submitted to appointments@dtecrepo.com prior to arrival
• Valid transporter identification
